We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and may remove your ability to spend Dosh in certain extreme circumstances (in the case of discretionarily acquired Dosh only, when Dosh has been purchased, this will not be affected). Any decision to remove the ability to use Dosh would be made on a case-by-case basis. The purchase of Dosh is also subject to our usual Terms of Sale.
How can you find out your Dosh balance?
You will always know this when you sign up as it will be specified and we will confirm this after your purchase (or either the Dosh or an affiliate item that created it). Dosh will be valid for a period of time from the purchase date - usually either 6 months or 12 months. We will remind you of the expiry date of your Dosh (the last day you can redeem it) from time to time to make sure you have the best possible chance of redeeming it against something that you want.
Any Dosh that remains unspent after the expiry date has passed will be unable to be redeemed and extensions will only be given on a case-by-case basis and based on extreme situations.
When does it run out?
If you want to redeem some Dosh against a purchase, please emails us at support@disobedientbusiness.com and we will either simply reduce your balance (and let you know the new balance) and give you access to the thing or we’ll send you a special link to buy or discount code so you can buy with the Dosh reduction already built in. Just pop us an email and we’ll get you sorted ASAP but usually within 48 hours during working hours (If you want to spend credit during a sale period, be mindful of the sale close time and make sure we have your email before the cut off time and date of the sale.
What do you actually have to do to spend it?
- You can buy something that costs more than your Dosh and use it as a part payment towards that thing
- You can grab a smaller thing that costs less than your Dosh balance and you can spend the rest another day
- You can use it in sales as it functions like cash so your Dosh goes a long way in a sale period
- You can’t apply it to things you’ve already bought or signed up for
- You can use it to discount monthly payments in the Disobedient Business® Minimind or the Disobedient Business® Mastermind (so your total credit would be divided by the number of payments and they will be discounted by that amount (only applicable to new sign ups)
- You can use it against anything we sell in the Disobedient Business® Co. - in the event that credit doesn’t apply to an offer, this will be specified in the offer FAQs.
How can you use it?
Dosh functions like store credit or like a store gift voucher. Whether you got it as a result of signing up through one of our affiliate links or bought it yourself, it functions like redeeming a voucher in store for the amount on the face of the voucher (or in this case, for the amount of your Dosh.
