The free Airtable plan works just fine. Youāll get full access to everything Connections Central does right out of the gate, with no extra costs. You might hit some usage limits if you use Connections Central extensively longer term, but by then youāre gonna want a paid plan.

I use Google Sheets/ Excel/ a Google Doc. How is this different?
Fair. We're not going to promise that won't happen. What we can tell you is that itās built specifically around the reasons ND brains abandon tools ā too complex, too much setup, no visible payoff. It's simple enough to open on a low-capacity day, and the weekly nudge email means even if you forget it exists for two weeks, it'll find you. We've done everything we can to make falling off the wagon as temporary as possible.
