Every course, template, download, freebie and cheeky bundle you've ever grabbed, tidied into one digital junk drawer you'll actually remember to rummage in. No more "I could have sworn I had something for this" followed by 40 minutes of inbox archaeology ✌️😬.
Be honest. Right now you couldn't tell us everything you've bought in the last year if your life depended on it. There's that course you meant to start. The template pack from that bundle. Three summits' worth of "all-access passes" you still haven’t accessed. A freebie that looked genuinely brilliant, if only you could remember who made it or where it went.
It's all technically somewhere. Hiding in your inbox, lurking in a password manager, saved to a Google Drive folder called "stuff", or living in that one platform you can't recall the login for (and let’s face it, the name of the platform). So when you actually need the thing, you can't find it, so you give up, so you eventually buy something else that does the same job. Again.
You just need a place to save all this stuff when you get it, you need to get yourself a Digital Junk Drawer!
Your money and your good intentions deserve better than a graveyard of forgotten purchases. Let's round it all up and stick it in your digital junk drawer!
The certainty that you own the perfect resource, paired with zero idea what it's called, who made it, or where it's hiding. Somehow worse than not owning it at all.
Bundles and summits: a brilliant way to acquire 40 things and use precisely none of them. All that value sat languishing in an email you'll never find again.
You couldn't find the one you had, so you bought another. Now you own two courses on the same topic and you've started neither. Sounds bizarre but we've all done it!
If you can't see what you've got, you don't use what you've got. It gathers dust, the money's gone, and that clever thing you were so chuffed about may as well never have existed.
Your courses, your templates, that swipe file you loved 🫣, the subscriptions and memberships eating your bank balance every month 👀, the forty things from that bundle you meant to get to, the freebies that were genuinely brilliant, and every "where the hell did I save that" purchase in between… finally rounded up in one simple, brain-friendly digital junk drawer that actually makes sense to your slightly-frazzled, too-many-tabs-open nervous system.
Say cheerio 👋 to inbox archaeology, mystery logins, and buying the same thing three times over.
My Digital Junk Drawer cuts through the chaos and gives you one simple, brain-friendly place for everything you've ever bought, downloaded or grabbed for free.
✅ Find anything you've bought in seconds, no inbox deep-diving
✅ See what you're actually using (and what you're really not 👀)
✅ Spot the duplicates before you buy the same thing a third time
✅ See what you're really paying out every month (brace yourself 😬)
Add it once and find it forever, one-off buys and monthly subs alike. That's genuinely the whole deal.
The whole thing's built for you. Tables and interfaces ready to go, so you just start chucking your stuff in, really minimal setup fuckery, no building from scratch. Add stuff you’ve grabbed in seconds and find it again in no time at all.
Two dashboards do the reporting heavy lifting: one for your habits (what you own, use and ignore) and one for the money (what you've spent and what you're still paying out). The cheeky gentle nudge you didn't know you needed 👀.
Not just the courses and templates and other stuff you got once, but the subscriptions and memberships draining your account in the background every month, with a heads-up when something's about to renew - no surprises.
No time-stamped hour-long snoozefests. Just super short, simple walkthroughs to get you up and running fast. Binge them in a god-mode moment or chip away bit by bit, and you'll be sorted in well under an hour. Well under.
It scratches my brain itches in just the right way. And instead of an overwhelming, clusterfuck of notes in my phone, I have doable tasks, with the details I need, all in one place.

The hub gives you a semi-custom-built place to start, and it was designed by neurodivergent folks just like us who understand how broad and random our thoughts can be!

I've tried Notion and ClickUp, and they always fall apart… I just KNEW this attempt at organization wouldn't immediately become a dumpster fire.
Sarah, Instructional Designer
I can't believe the list of to-dos is actually finite! Having tasks linked to a project, knowing I can put things on hold if I want to, generally reduces the overwhelm.

The genius ideas are so clever… my ideas aren't thrown around by the tornado in my brain and scattered everywhere. Now I can keep track of my brain in a bird's eye view and that feels amazing.

Pippa and team made the learning curve a tiny little hill with a chair lift to hold you and guide you. It's so doable.

Nope. If you can use Google Sheets, you can use this. We promise. It comes with short, step-by-step video tutorials and a no-such-thing-as-stupid-questions support channel in Heartbeat. You absolutely don't need to be a tech wizard… and we reckon we might convert you to how sexy Airtable is for your business too 😉.
I’ve never used Airtable before, will this be too techy for me?
The free Airtable plan works just fine. You'll get full access to everything the Drawer does right out of the gate, with no extra costs. (If you already have a paid Airtable account, it'll work beautifully too.) You'd only hit any usage limits if you were logging truly enormous volumes and using Airtable in lots of other ways, and if so, it’s well worth the $20 a month.
Pretty much anything you've ever paid for or picked up for free. Courses, trainings, templates, PDFs and guides, swipe files, toolkits, software, and all those freebies you grabbed from bundles and summits. Plus a whole separate section for your ongoing subscriptions and memberships, so the stuff merrily billing you every month is finally somewhere you can SEE IT. If you bought it, downloaded it, or blagged it, it's got a home in MDJD.
God, no. Honestly, the better move is to start from today: add the things you grab from now on, plus any recent bits that spring to mind. Then, next time you go hunting for something, add it to MDJD as you find it. That being saaaaiid, if you're the kind of person who loves a good project and fancies spending an afternoon digging all your shit out of the eleventy billion places it currently lives, have at it pal. We salute you 🫡.
Every Hub owner gets access to the Questions channel inside our Heartbeat community space. We’re there to help with the tech gremlins or if you want a second pair of eyes. It’s not a support ticket system (intentionally as the Hub is not part of a bigger paid support programme), but it is a “no stoopid questions” zone where we’re very happy to help.
We have a no refund policy on all of our digital products (cos digital products), so please make sure you have all the information you need to purchase confidently. Ask as many questions as you like in the chat box before buying 😍.
